A proposal identifies the campus coverage, implementation work, on-site mapping visit, route review, signage responsibilities, ongoing service, and optional additions.

Printed signs, new photography, custom integrations, and major remapping are not assumed to be included in these ranges. They need to be explicitly scoped.

On-site mapping is included.

We come to the hospital, walk the visitor routes, identify useful QR starting points, review check-in sequences, and verify the instructions against the real environment. That site visit is part of the implementation/build foundation—not an add-on line item.

No hardware network is required for the core QR-and-browser experience. Any additional technology or integrations require separate evaluation.
